Bobbie is an actor/singer/dancer currently based in New York City. She just graduated from The College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Theatre. She continued her professional work in the industry throughout her college career, working five different professional contracts during college, including two during the school year (SMILE and ANNIE) in addition to the seven shows she worked on while at school for only three years.
Bobbie was bitten by the theatre bug before she could talk. The only movie she would watch until age seven was The Sound of Music. She used to perform for guests at dinner parties, slowly inching her way up the stairs singing "The sun has gone to bed and so must I!" Finally, her dream of playing Gretl was fulfilled at age six when she played the role twice in one year! And with that, her career was off and running.
Bobbie booked her first professional show at the age of nine, playing Tootie Smith in Meet Me In St Louis. Being young and smitten with theatre set her apart from her peers, as it was clear from a young age that Bobbie had discovered what she was put on this Earth to do. She took every chance she could to work on her craft, and approached each role with zest and vigor. This undying enthusiasm has followed her well into adulthood.
When she's not on stage, you can find Bobbie working on her craft, curled up with her pet rabbit (Daphney) and a good book, or walking the esplanade that was newly completed along the East River in New York!
